Data Processing Statement

Rogue Private V1 is designed as a local-first coding runtime. The data path depends on the services and integrations you choose to configure.

Repository and task data

Repository files, prompts, model responses, tool inputs and outputs, execution results, and runtime information may be processed inside the environment where Rogue is running in order to perform requested coding tasks.

Local models

When Rogue is configured exclusively with a local model and local tools, the architecture is intended to keep model inference and repository operations local to the configured environment rather than sending source code to an external model API.

External services

If you configure an external model, plugin, tool, registry, API, or other network service, relevant prompts, repository context, credentials, metadata, or tool inputs may be transmitted to that provider as required for the integration. The provider's terms and privacy practices then apply to its processing.

Telemetry and future services

Private V1 capabilities may change. Before introducing hosted telemetry or other processing that materially changes the local-first data path, Rogue AI Engineers should document the behavior and provide appropriate product and privacy disclosures.

Your responsibility

Do not provide personal, confidential, regulated, or third-party data unless you are authorized to process it and the configured Rogue environment and integrations are appropriate for that data.
